In researching the prospect of owning a home services business we have found that customers have a difficult time finding a reliable, quality-focused home services company. The home improvement and remodeling industry, which covers a broad array of contractors is at the top of the list for consumer complaints. Customers are frequently dissatisfied with workmanship, reliability, and basic customer service practices. We believe that there is a strong market for a handyman services and home services business that provides the basics and the things customers rarely receive: fast, responsive & reliable customer service and quality workmanship.

We are focusing our business on the part of the home repair and improvements market, which we believe is large, growing, and is poorly served.

The Handy Craftsman operates out of an office in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, where we handle customer inquires, billing, scheduling, and dispatching. We have a solid, growing customer base consisting of commercial and residential customers and strong business relationships with other professionals in various fields.
