How do I schedule an appoint with The Handy Craftsman Home Services?

You have the option of calling us toll free at 1-877-484-2349 or simply fill out the request form on our home page. If we are not able to take your phone call immediately... WE WILL call you back within one business day, usually sooner.

Who is sent to my house to do the work?

Our experienced craftsmen arrive at your home or business in uniform driving a clearly marked The Handy Craftsman Home Services van. On time, and, of course ready to help. All of our craftsmen are employees of The Handy Craftsman Home Services, not subcontractors. Our craftsman are insured, knowledgeable and courteous.

Will I need to have the materials in order for The Handy Craftsman to do the job?

Our vans are fully stocked with many of the common items needed for your repairs. If there are any materials needed for your job, you have many options:

• Purchase those materials ahead of time.
• Do the shopping for any materials not on hand while our technician is working at your home/business.
• Have The Handy Craftsman Home Services employee pick up the materials for you. Please note, that although we do not "mark-up" the necessary supplies like other companies. We do charge one-half of our regular hourly rate as a service charge.

What type of warranty or satisfaction guarantee do you offer?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. The Handy Craftsman provides a written one year limited guarantee on workmanship. You can trust The Handy Craftsman Home Services experienced, insured, uniformed employees to repair and maintain your home or business.

Why is it important that a person who is providing service in my home is insured?

If an employee gets injured during the job they are covered under workers compensation. There will be no need to make a claim on your home owner's policy.

Can I get an estimate for my job?

We are happy to provide a Free estimate for your larger projects. For small jobs we bill on a time & materials basis (hourly + materials).

How do I pay?

Payment is due upon completion of your job. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Please note, a deposit may be required for larger projects.
